12:15pm- 1.00pm - Vinyasa Flow

A yummy lunchtime vinyasa flow class that will energise the body and nourish the soul.  Book here.

5.30pm - 6.30pm - Slow Flow

This slow flow class will focus on slowing down the body with deeply mindful movement giving you the chance to focus on the breath and your form.  This class is very nourishing and it will leave feeling grounded and soothed. The perfect mid-week tonic.  Book here.

6:45pm - 8:00pm Yin and Tonic

A delicious mid week tonic offering 75 minutes so that you can soothe your body, mind and soul.

Class will include;

- long held yin yoga postures to stimulate cellular renewal and rehydrate tissues and joints,
- restorative shapes to allow your body to reset after the rigours of daily life,
- an extra long shavasana with guided meditation.
