This morning mat Pilates class will kick start your core and strengthen your body from the inside out and leave you energised for the day ahead.
12:15pm -1:00pm Barre
A dynamic, upbeat class that uses a stability barre and other props giving you a whole body workout. Barre is based on Pilates principles so this will be a fantastic addition to your Pilates practice and also compliment your yoga.
