12:15pm -1:00pm Embodied Yoga Flow & Meditation
A delicious mindful practice that will take you through asanas that allow the body to rest and restore. After a gentle practice you will be taken on a 15 mins guided meditation. A wonderful way to take you into the weekend and end your week feeling grounded.
