7:15am - 8:00am Sculpt and Strengthen

This class is designed to tone and strengthen the body from head to toe. These sessions are not about 'bulking' up, purely about definition and strength. Using free weights, body weight and other resistance equipment. Sure to be fun and give you that gym workout feeling without stepping into a gym! Book Here

 

5:30pm - 6:30pm - Monthly Rotation

We have a wonderful monthly program on Tuesday evenings to keep your practice fresh.

On the first Tuesday of the month,  join Martina for a gentle soothing moon flow.

The second Tuesday of the month the focus will take an anatomical focus, taking one specific part of the body and practising asana's that relate to this area e.g. spine, shoulders, hips.  A really wonderful practice that will take you inwards into your body and refine your practice.

The third Tuesday  is an energetic full moon flow.  A fun and uplifting practice that will align your body with the full moon. 

The final Tuesday  of the month will be restorative yoga. Nurturing, soothing and relaxing, this class will feel like a mini retreat.
With the support of bolsters and blankets and long held postures restorative yoga melts tensions and softens the body effortlessly, gifting you with a deep sense of release.
