12:15pm - 1:00pm Mat Pilates

This lunchtime mat Pilates class will power up your core and strengthen your body from the inside out and get you through the rest of the day with a spring in your step.

5:45pm - 6:45pm - Monthly Rotation

We have a wonderful monthly program on Thursday evenings to keep your practice fresh.

On the first Thursday of the month,  join Martina for a gentle soothing moon flow.

The second Thursday of the month the focus will take an anatomical focus, taking one specific part of the body and practising asana's that relate to this area e.g. spine, shoulders, hips.  A really wonderful practice that will take you inwards into your body and refine your practice.

The third Thursday is an energetic full moon flow.  A fun and uplifting practice that will align your body with the full moon. 

The final Thursday of the month will be yogalates. This monthly 45 minutes Yogalates class is the perfect blend of yoga and Pilates.  Perfect for people who are wanting something a little bit different in their routine.
