7am - 7.45am Vinyasa Flow

12:15pm - 1:00pm Mat Pilates

This lunchtime mat Pilates class will power up your core and strengthen your body from the inside out and get you through the rest of the day with a spring in your step.

4.30pm-5.30pm Yin

Wrap up your day with a soothing yin session, getting you ready for a relaxing evening ahead.  The yin asanas will genlty release your fascia and melt away any tensions in the body, and the easy pace and softness will calm the mind.

5:45pm - 6:45pm - Monthly Rotation

We have a wonderful monthly program on Thursday evenings to keep your practice fresh.

On the first Thursday of the month,  join Martina for a gentle soothing moon flow.

The second Thursday of the month the focus will take an anatomical focus, taking one specific part of the body and practising asana's that relate to this area e.g. spine, shoulders, hips.  A really wonderful practice that will take you inwards into your body and refine your practice.

The third Thursday is an energetic full moon flow.  A fun and uplifting practice that will align your body with the full moon. 

The final Thursday of the month will be restorative yoga. Nurturing, soothing and relaxing, this class will feel like a mini retreat.
With the support of bolsters and blankets and long held postures restorative yoga melts tensions and softens the body effortlessly, gifting you with a deep sense of release
