12:15pm - 1:00pm Stretch and Strengthen

A fun class that includes light weights, cardio and strength based exercises.  A great class for those wanting to tone and strengthen and have a bit of fun. Book here

5:30pm - 6:30pm - Embodied Yoga Flow

A delicious mindful practice that will take you through asanas that allow the body to rest and restore. After a gentle practice you will be taken on a 15 mins guided meditation. A wonderful way to reset the body and mind mid-week.  Book here.
