4pm-5.30pm Kaula Tantra

A truly soothing and wonderfully relaxing practice involving active prolonged holds that help to open the body and allow the energy to flow, interspersed with savasanas and pranayama to add to the indulgence of this stunning practice. A little like the soothing style of yin but more active, less props and more dynamism.
