12:15pm - 1:00pm Yin Yoga
Your lunchtime oasis! Indulge in 45 minutes of soothing yin yoga and float your way through the afternoon shift.
5:30pm - 6:15pm Sculpt and Strengthen
Designed to tone and strengthen the body from head to toe. These sessions are not about 'bulking up', purely about definition and strength. Using free weights, body weights and other resistance equipment. Sure to be fun and give that gym workout feeling without stepping foot into a gym!
