We have a wonderful monthly program on Thursday evenings to keep your practice fresh.
On the first Thursday of the month, join Martina for a gentle soothing moon flow.
The second Thursday of the month the focus will take an anatomical focus, taking one specific part of the body and practising asana's that relate to this area e.g. spine, shoulders, hips. A really wonderful practice that will take you inwards into your body and refine your practice.
The third Thursday is an energetic full moon flow. A fun and uplifting practice that will align your body with the full moon.
The final Thursday of the month will be a core strength class, 45 minutes of core focussed yoga asana and Pilates exercises that will help to strengthen you from the inside out. This class will enhance your ongoing yoga practice and give you a targetted core workout.
