This is a great class if you are looking for a gentle workout using your own body weight, light weights and resistance bands to build up a nice glow. A fantastic way to gently increase the heart rate and tone the muscles, right before brunch!

Yoga Nidra with Claudia or Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Martina. Check the timetable to select the style you would like. Book now  Claudia and Martina are working together offering slightly different classes on alternate weeks so that there is some subtle variety in your practice.  

Yoga nidra will take you through a guided meditation getting you into what we call 'yoga sleep' and yet you will be awake in that sweet spot between sleepfulness and wakefulness.  Pretty magical really.

The restorative element to Martina's class will help to restore the body using very gentle yoga asanas/postures and preparing you for the yoga nidra practice. 

Both classes will make an excellent choice if you are looking for something a little special in your weekly routine.
