12:15pm - 1:00pm Stretch and Strengthen
A fun class focusing on cardio and strength based exercises. Using light weights and resistance bands and any other props we feel like on the day, to ensure you get an awesome all over body workout. A great way to keep building strength for your yoga and Pilates practice. Book Here
