A delicious mid week tonic offering 75 minutes so that you can soothe your body, mind and soul.

Class will include;

- long held yin yoga postures to stimulate cellular renewal and rehydrate tissues and joints,
- restorative shapes to allow your body to reset after the rigours of daily life,
- an extra long shavasana with guided meditation.
